4th of July Patriotic Frayed Hat Patches
These are 100% polyester raggedy frayed hat patches printed with sublimation ink. Like faux burlap with the perfect fray. The hat patches are for use in crafting, decorating hats and jeans, bags, shirts, etc. The patches are made of white fabric and come with frayed edges and cut in the shapes as pictured. Adhesive IS NOT included for attaching the hat patches. You can use liquid stitch, E6000, etc. However, we do put fray check around the frayed edges of all our distressed hat patches. Fabric is white.
