    Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:

    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, however, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase if you have any problems with your order. We striveĀ for you to receive a quality handmade product in a timely fashion.

    Due to the handcrafted, custom nature of our items, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on custom ordered items. As a handmade item, there may be minor imperfections (beauty marks) that give your item uniqueness. However, if there is damage to your item once received, please let me know and provide detailed pictures of damage so that I can assess next steps such as filing a claim with USPS or UPS.

    Damaged Merchandise (In Transit):

    If your item was damaged in transit and you have opted for shipping with insurance, please contact us, and we'll assist you with contacting the shipping company to resolve the issue.Ā  We will be able to replace the damaged items that are covered by the insurance.Ā  Unfortunately, if you did not select a shipping option that has insurance, we are limited in our abilities to assist you.

    Damaged Merchandise (faulty product):

    Do not throw away any faulty product.Ā  Within 3 days of receiving product(s), please send us pictures of the faulty item with information on the issues.Ā  If it is determined that it is an issue on our side, we will require the product(s) to be sent back to us and once received and verified, we will make and resend a replacement at our cost.Ā  Unfortunately, if it is determined that the damage occurred on customer end (ex. custom tumbler left in extreme temperatures, soaked or dropped, etc), we cannot replace without an additional cost to the customer.

    * In order for us to attempt to resolve your issue you must retain all packaging materials, box, receipt, and products.

    * Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes any shipping charges that result from refusal of delivery or wrong address provided.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALLĀ CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED OR HANDMADE PRODUCTS THAT WE PROVIDE. NO REFUNDS.Ā  REPLACEMENTS WILL BE SENT WHERE APPLICABLE.Ā
