    Fulfillment Time:

    Most of our products are handmade custom and/or personalized and can require up to 7 to 14 business days to be ready for shipment. However, we also strive to create your masterpiece and ship out in 3 to 5 business days. Most non-painted items ship in 1 to 3 business days.

    * Sublimated Tumblers - normally ship in 1 to 3 business days unless they are personalized.

    * Sublimation, acrylic, wood & 3D Blanks - I occasionally add new ones to the website.  Our processing for these blanks is normally up to 3 business days. Custom requests accepted but we do not offer exclusivity.

    * Crafting Supplies - I currently only offer in stock items and will ship out quickly. Potential for buy-ins in the future but these will indicated as such once available.

    * Personalized / Engraved products - Most items ship in 1 to 3 business days, however, turnaround time may be up to 14 business days and may be extended during high volume periods (ie. Christmas) or if ordering "special order" materials.  Special order materials are normally ones that we do not keep bulk inventory of and may require additional time to receive those materials.  We do our best for the quickest turnaround time as possible on personalized items. Turnaround time does not include shipping time.

    * Bleaching Stencils - These are normally shipped out in 3 to 5 business days but timing may be extended during high volume times for popular items. Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 14 business days. We also accept requests for new designs.  Contact me through our website chat or email me through the contact us page.

    * Hats, Hat Patches & Other Products - Most items ship out in 1 to 3 business days.

    * Digital Files - Provided to you automatically through our system. You should receive an email after purchase.  For any issues, please use our chat system or email me to get assistance.  Most of our digital files include a readme for digital files that involve setup such as laser files, and a location to receive any future updates.

    Shipping:

    Shipping option selected will dictate timing to receive. Once we ship, any delivery issues will need to be communicated from customer to shipper using tracking information that you receive from us.  We primarily use USPS for all small items.  UPS is used for most larger items.

    We also are offering route protection which gives you an affordable option for insurance protection for non-priority mail items but gives you added protection for items greater than $100.  We highly recommend adding Route to all $100+ orders and to all non-Priority Mail orders.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please ensure you are selecting a shipping option that provides tracking and insurance to facilitate any delivery issues or items damaged during shipment.  If you do not select a shipping option that provides tracking and your order is lost "in the mail", we will not be able to refund your order or reship. If you do not select a shipping option with insurance, and your order is damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund your order or reship. Please protect yourself and your merchandise.

    Local Pickups (CUSTOM TUMBLERS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS ONLY!):

    Local pickups are only open for custom made tumblers and our personalized engraved items. Please use the Contact Us form to discuss and schedule local pickup options prior to ordering so that you are not charged for shipping.  

    Where do we ship?

    Currently, we only ship to the contiguous USA states and territories. If you encounter any issues during checkout in shipping to the USA, please notify us using the Contact Us form on the website.  

    Payment Options:

    Checks and in person cash payments are not accepted. All orders must be pre-paid before any work begins. Designodeal.com accepts most debit/credit card types, ApplePay, GooglePay, and ShopPay. For those needing to use another payment method, please use the Contact Us form to get pre-approval for a manual payment method. Realize that any manual payments require additional scrutiny and time to process. We also now offer Sezzle on our website which is a payment plan company.

    Sales Tax:

    We rely on Shopify to determine & calculate sales tax that may be applicable to you.
